Text-to-Speech for Live Chat

Voice Reading of Stream Chat via CastCraft

When connected to a stream with CastCraft, you can enable text-to-speech (TTS) to read out chat messages.

At the bottom-right of the desktop app, switch on the “Chat Reading” option to have CastCraft read aloud the incoming chat comments.

Once set up, as long as you're connected to a YouTube or Twitch stream in CastCraft and receiving comments in the Live Dashboard, the comments will be read aloud automatically.

Customization Settings

Click the gear icon shown in the image to access the customization settings for chat reading.

Here, you can adjust what messages are read out and how.

Customize the Read-Aloud Message

To customize how the chat is read aloud, modify the content in the “Message to Read” field.
